The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, and the housekeeping staff had no manners; we put a “do not disturb” sign in front of the room but they still knocked at 8 am, and the old elevator was terrifying—my sister was grabbed whole‑body, the elevator had no safety sensors, and it was dangerous even for adults, let alone children, so I won’t stay here again.

The pool was really clean and had a 3‑meter depth at one end, but the balcony chairs were old and uncomfortable, and the plants blocking the ocean view couldn’t be moved.
