Hotel Tulpar is a great choice if you need to travel to or from Manas International Airport. When you’re that far north you’re unlikely to hit traffic jams. The value for money is very good. The hotel sits in a commercial hub with a money changer, supermarkets, and cheap restaurants. Yandex taxis are easily available.
The staff were friendly, smiling, helpful, and the rooms were nice.
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re thinking of booking it, just skip it. The rooms were filthy and stank; two insects crawled into my bed. The administrator blamed me for bringing them, and the owner said they'd take 5 % of the paid amount and didn’t care about reviews—unrespectful and irresponsible people.
“Słaby nie polecam”
I had no positives. I booked a room a month ago for three people, but when we arrived the lady at the front desk was unmoved and told us there was no room because all were sold out. There was no notice that we shouldn’t come today or any apology. The receptionist was very rude. When you come with a reservation you don’t know if you’ll get a room. There was no effort to compensate or offer anything.
The price‑quality ratio is good. Ongoing construction makes it difficult to access the hotel.
