Check‑in went smoothly, the staff were polite and provided proper service, and the accommodation was good. Breakfast was simple and could use a lot of improvement; water was dispensed outside the rooms, there were a few vending machines with warm drinks, and a delivery goods shelf was in the lobby. There was no café, only breakfast service, and the breakfast itself needed a lot of improvement. The mini‑fridge was ridiculous, not cold at all, so I had to buy ice cubes before returning to the hotel. My room was a bit dusty, and housekeeping’s timing could be better; an ice‑maker near the concierge would help, and toiletries could be provided during registration instead of being called for.

The room was nice and clean, but I was disappointed that the honeymoon welcome décor wasn’t prepared when I checked in; the staff asked if we wanted décor after arrival, and it turned out we didn’t need it.
