I was pleased to find that the hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center after taking the airport bus. However, my stay in room 502 was marred by a malfunctioning air conditioner that made a loud rattling noise, and the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell that made my head spin. To make matters worse, the sink's drainage system was clogged, causing water to spill all over the floor whenever I turned on the tap.

I was really pleased with how easily accessible this hotel was to the city. The location was perfect for getting around and exploring the local area.

My recent stay at this hotel had its share of mixed experiences. While the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra items like toothpaste when we needed them, the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. They seemed hesitant to provide us with basic amenities like sugar and cups for coffee, and on one occasion, we were even assisted by a staff member who didn't speak a word of English.
