“It was one of my least favorite stays . The only thing that was beneficial was that there was beds to sleep on .”

There was a bed to sleep on, but when we first got there, no one was at the desk for a bit; the AC was not working in the 3rd‑floor hall, the AC in the room was not working properly, the microwave door got stuck and we had three plates to warm up, and the tub drain did not drain fast enough, leaving standing water.

The place was clean and cozy, and it sits in a good area. The staff was limited, and there was no 24‑hour front‑desk service.

“Need new management”

Nothing positive to note. The staff were ignorant and messy; they talked about everyone staying there, the manager would smile at you and then do something else the next day. She had a customer take pictures of my tag and did the same thing, and when I told the front desk she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about.

The elevator was broken, which made moving between floors a hassle.

The hotel is close to the hospital, but when we arrived late we needed help and no staff were available.
