The location, room, and chess were great, but the jacuzzi was cold.

The hotel sits in the city centre, which is super convenient, and the food tastes good. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the water was cold and dirty, and it was just a normal large bathtub (the service is included in the room price). A new hotel is being built nearby, so you can’t expect quiet.

I couldn't find any free rooms.

The only plus was the convenient location, which was truly comfortable. Unfortunately, that was the end of the advantages for us. We came for an 8‑night stay with a 2‑year‑old child and instead of a relaxing holiday we were constantly solving household problems and had to beg staff for basic services that were already paid for. During our stay: — For 6 days the advertised Swedish line was missing, and we were not warned before arrival. Yet we were charged for it, even though the hotel’s all‑inclusive menu is always cheaper. When we asked for a price adjustment, the administrator simply said “I can’t do anything.” When we requested to speak to management, we were ignored. The jacuzzi was almost without hot water for almost the entire stay, so we couldn’t use it properly; the administrator was told about this every day. Several days in a row there was no drinking water in the communal cooler. — The room wasn’t cleaned. Trash was only taken out after we asked, 5 days later. Towels, toilet paper and toiletries were only provided after we requested them. — We constantly had to remind the staff to give us drinking water and coffee pods. — The food was bland; the all‑inclusive menu didn’t change for 6 days. — Most meat dishes were just fried. When booking I had already indicated that we were traveling with a 2‑year‑old child. The hotel’s website shows photos of a much more varied menu, including dishes suitable for small children. — The in‑room coffee machine was broken. To get a cup of coffee we had to go to the front desk and ask them to make it in another room. What’s most infuriating is that instead of relaxing we were constantly going to reception with requests to take out the trash, bring water, toilet paper, towels, coffee pods, and solve other household issues. If advertised services are temporarily unavailable, guests should be warned before arrival, not find out after paying for the entire stay.

The location is convenient, the restaurant is nice, and the breakfasts and dinners are tasty.
