It’s close enough to the city to enjoy the quiet, and the balconies overlooking the pool are simple but great. I also really like the pool—nothing fancy, just perfect for cooling off on hot days, and the value is very good compared with other city spots. The staff count has dropped since my last visit, and breakfast is no longer offered; it used to be a simple setup that added energy to the place, so now it often feels vacant, though I understand the numbers must be down. I would stay again, hoping it returns to how it was, and the front desk staff’s shifts feel far too long, but that isn’t unique to this hotel.
