The location was good, but the room was poorly insulated; I stayed 5 nights in room 714, which is at the back next to a cleaning equipment room, so each morning I woke to the noise of carts, even though I paid over €400 per night; there was also the sound of water pipes whenever they were used on the floor above; my experience in room 714 was disappointing, and I’m shocked that a room with so much noise is offered to guests.

The location was nice, but the bed was so uncomfortable that you wonder why they don’t just replace the old spring mattresses.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and atmospheric with very friendly service; my partner, my parents, and I stayed here, and we had booked a surprise weekend for my parents in Paris, arranging a larger room for them, only to be upgraded to an even larger room upon arrival, which was fantastic; breakfast is truly extensive and well‑prepared, offering a wide selection of breads, croissants, cakes, and other sweets, plus oat and almond milk, as well as hot options like sausages, rösti, and eggs, and you can even have an omelet made by the chef on the spot; fruit, yogurt, and toppings are plentiful, with various grains, nuts, and seeds, and for those who enjoy it in the morning, champagne is also available; rooms are cleaned daily and look very tidy, with daily sweeping of the floor, comfortable beds, and a good night's sleep; the bathroom contains nice toiletries and fragrant soap; each room also has coffee cups that are refilled daily, and these small touches make the stay even more pleasant; the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we felt very welcome as a group of four, and we would definitely book again on a future visit to Paris.

The spot was honestly great, close to everything—shops, restaurants, and the vibe was exceptional. The rooms didn’t impress me much, and the cleanliness fell short of what I expected.

The location, cleanliness, and constant water supply were all spot on, especially thanks to the French front‑desk staff whose name I’ll never forget. The elevators are old‑school and some rooms feel dated; a refresh would be welcome.
