I felt the price matched what I got, but the water pressure was really weak.

We paid £20 for the night and it was great for the three of us. The reception offered instant noodles, drinks and snacks right when we arrived late, which was perfect. The welcome was warm, the room was clean and tidy, and the shower was just fine. Instead of a kettle, there was an urn, so no boiling sounds, and hot tap water was available both evenings and mornings. The room was spacious with a nice view of a clean green field outside, and parking was right outside the room. The only downside was that the beds were very firm, which might be an issue for some; otherwise, it was a bargain for the price.

This motel is geared toward stopover travelers and is spot‑on for that purpose, located conveniently off the main highway. Each room comes with its own parking bay. The room itself was basic, yet the bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly, just break the ice first. I’d gladly stay here again if I’m on a long drive.
