I really enjoyed the breakfasts, the variety of loungers in cozy spots, the quietness, and the comfort. They bring tea, coffee, and water into the room every day. There’s a shuttle to Puerto Portals where there are many small restaurants, but getting back requires a taxi. In the “best hotel in the world” there were no toothbrushes, ear picks, or cotton swabs. The taxi service to the hotel is not recommended because you’ll have to wait a very long time (we almost missed our flight; the VIP manager called a taxi for us but didn’t mention the long wait), so it’s better to order one yourself via Uber. Access to the sea is either by stepping over small stones or by a vertical ladder from the cliff, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

“The place to stay in Palma Mallorca!”

The place was stylish and very comfortable, and the location was great. Everything else was fine.

The view is the thing I love most about this property. The beach doesn’t have soft sand, so walking there is very difficult.

“Disappointing”

The view was great and the outdoors were nice, but the gym was so tiny that four of us couldn't fit comfortably. The evening bar staff were helpful, yet almost all the sun beds were pre‑booked, making it nearly impossible to snag a spot early in the morning at 11:30 am. Most lunch tables were also pre‑booked, and the lunch service dragged on for a long time. The pool restrooms were poorly cleaned.

The staff, the view, and the room were all fantastic—an architectural and beach escape that felt wonderful. There was nothing negative to mention because everyone was so lovely.
