The location, room size, and helpfulness were nice. I pointed out that the room’s climate control doesn’t work in heat mode; they said they were working on it but made no change, only gave a heater that only warmed the hallway, not the room itself.

This is my second visit to the property and the location is great. The rooms are clean and the staff is outstanding—everything is perfect. My concerns are common to many hotels: women’s needs are overlooked in the design. In the bathroom there is only a shaver outlet, no hairdryer, so you have to stand in the hallway to dry your hair. The bathroom lighting is awful for makeup, and the only mirror in the main room is also inadequate.

I was the guest of the day and received two free drinks—thanks! The hotel is very central, surrounded by shops, a pub, a café, etc. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Nothing else to note; all good.
