The staff were fantastic, even the lady at the restaurant was great. The room itself was fine unless you mind sleeping with a fan, but the old furniture, rug, and dirty room were disappointing.

The location was the best part, but it was too noisy; traffic and neighbors’ TV could be heard.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room size was nice. However, the windows didn’t close properly and the door wouldn’t lock; the slam‑shut doors startled me whenever someone entered or left. The single elevator felt outdated. Shower water leaked onto the floor every time, which was unsafe. I arrived around 9–9:30 pm on a Sunday, checked in, and then found the corridors, restaurant, and bar all dark and closed—only a chimney was lit. It was strange not being able to order drinks or food, and construction was happening in the lobby and outside. They offered me to order via a personal food app on the staff’s phone. Nothing was a deal breaker, but it’s good to set expectations.

The service quality was excellent and they were always ready to meet your needs.
