The front‑desk team were incredibly helpful and friendly, and I loved the view, the welcome‑area décor, and the room itself. I requested a pet‑free room and was told pets were only allowed on floors 1‑2, yet when I stepped out of my 4th‑floor room I saw a man leaving his room with two dogs. Because I’m allergic to dogs and cats, I asked for confirmation and was disappointed.

The front desk and every staff member were friendly and helpful. The building felt worn and filthy; the elevator and hallways were dirty, smelly, and stuffy. Two nights had no hot water because the heater was broken, and the shower in my room smelled old and moldy. This place really needs an overhaul.

The lobby was nicely arranged, featuring a pool table beside the bar and a large widescreen TV. However, it was far from any restaurants, with the nearest spot being Starbucks. Though the hotel is new, the towels and sheets felt a bit worn, and there were no irons—only a steamer. The modern contemporary design concept is solid, but the overall feel doesn’t match what a mid‑scale to upscale property should deliver.

The location was acceptable. Police were on my floor dealing with squatters, a stain appeared on the ice bucket lid, there were no bags for the bucket, nightstands lacked lamps, the overall smell and cleanliness were poor, and I caught a cold. Closets were cramped with no luggage space, window covers were broken, products had a strong scent, there were no magnifying mirrors for makeup, and no door in the vanity area. The cleanliness was subpar; as a Latina, I can tell when a place hasn’t been properly cleaned. Hilton feels much cleaner and has no police on the floor evicting people.
