The staff were very welcoming and friendly. A few things have been deteriorating lately; I come almost every week. This time, there was no pressure in the shower, zero pressure, it barely flowed, spiders on the ceiling, and the window couldn’t be opened, spider webs with those in the middle. The bed creaked and woke us up at night. Frankly, this stay was really not great. The housekeeping was also lacking. On the other side of the bed, the vacuum wasn’t even run; there were even pieces of something broken left and dust accumulated. I honestly felt like I was in a F1. I’m quite disappointed with this stay, unlike previous times when it was pretty good. But that’s it.

Reception was good, and the hotel’s location is nice. The air conditioner blew warm air instead of cold. The pillows were too small. The bed creaked.
