The only decent staff member was someone named Angel; the rest seemed off. There were cockroaches, a clogged tub, wet towels when I checked in, and the staff were very loud.

The room was roomy and the bathroom was very large, everything was impeccably clean, the front‑desk staff were very friendly 😊 The sweet and savory breakfast was flawless, though there was a slight lack of fruit, which was fine. Overall, nothing to criticize; everything was fine. Thank you very much.

They were renovating, yet they didn’t inform me beforehand; when I asked over the phone, they said nothing about the noise. Instead of blocking off one hallway at a time and avoiding rooms next to the work, they booked us in a room surrounded by construction. I couldn’t nap during the day and was woken up early by power tools and workers. When I asked why they had placed us in a hallway under renovation, I got a flat “I don’t know,” showing a lack of professionalism and concern for liability. As a contractor, I know how risky this is; it feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. I won’t stay here again, even if it’s cheaper than the hotel we used before. The staff were clueless and unhelpful, which is just another example of how nobody takes responsibility today.
