The getaway and evening meal were wonderful, staff were excellent, the room was very comfortable and the location was superb, yet I had to request a few items to be replaced in the room—water, tea, coffee—which ideally should have been handled automatically, but it was a minor issue since it was always done on request.

The staff were nice, but the beds were dated and very uncomfortable, and the décor felt impersonal and cold.

The buffet breakfast was outstanding, the food and drinks were top‑class, the staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, and every area was kept exceptionally clean and hygienic; the bike room was perfect for us and we especially liked the water cooler there, so we’ll definitely return. The only downside was a slight drain smell in our room, which only became noticeable when we walked in, but that’s understandable in hot climates.
