“Gorgeous localion with minor flaws”

The building is magnificent with outstanding furniture, the room was comfortable with a forest view, and the young lady at reception was extremely courteous; however, the bathtub had a brownish uneven sealant, the TV was broken, and the toilet leaked water from the bottom seal.

“We only stayed one night and couldn’t have stayed more”

My stay had its ups and downs. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to lend a hand, which was a lovely start. However, I was disappointed with the room, which felt stuffy, and the toilet was stained. The bedding and pillowcases didn't look fresh and had an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, despite specifying our vegetarian dietary requirements, the food provided contained meat, which we only discovered after taking a bite of a stuffed pancake.

“Comfortable, pleasant, friendly”

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel's comfortable room and was impressed by the grand, elegant atmosphere. However, the hotel's grounds were a letdown, appearing faded and poorly maintained, which detracted from my overall experience.

“田舎のコスパの良いホテル”

I found this hotel to be a great value for the price, but unfortunately, the shower didn't work properly during my stay. Despite this issue, I thought the hotel offered a lot for the cost. The lack of hot water in the shower was a bit of a letdown, but overall, I was pleased with the hotel's affordability.

The hotel and its grounds were pleasant, but the experience felt surreal. The massive 15-story building was eerily empty, with only one staff member on duty, which made me feel uneasy. To add to the disappointment, the pool was filthy and hadn't been cleaned properly.
