The price was reasonable and it was close to the night market across from the hotel, but there was no hot water, the shower pressure was weak so there was no spray, the same was true in all three rooms we rented, and the photos were misleading – the rooms were much worse.

The Wi‑Fi connection is good, and the staff are friendly. The restrooms aren’t clean, and the bedding and room items look like they haven’t been washed.
