The staff service was the highlight, especially receptionist Ms Dane. I could earn Marriott points, and the lunch special was reasonable. They let me check in early and out late, which was very helpful. The room was perfect for a business traveler. However, breakfast wasn’t included as I expected, and for the price I paid it was sub‑quality and unenjoyable. The shower drain was slow and clogged when I checked in, and the sink water was extremely hot at any time of day.

I met a crew of people who all seemed to know me and treated me like a close friend—Phillip, the GM, really set the tone by going the extra mile, and I had several great chats with him and other staff. The room was comfy and arranged perfectly for travelers; as someone picky about layout, everything made sense. The pool area was a nice spot to chill, and the hotel offers a coworking space and a gym with brand‑new equipment. The views are stunning. The location isn’t my favorite; it feels a bit isolated, though a future mall on the property could help. I enjoy exploring nearby neighborhoods and cafés, but there’s not much close by. During Khmer New Year, in the middle of my stay, food delivery and rides were hard to get. Another small hassle was that the hotel starts on floor 27, then you take another set of elevators to reach the rooms—slightly inconvenient when leaving, but it’s how the views are achieved. The biggest gripe was the onsite food. Coffee was great and the breakfast buffet offered a full menu, but the selection hardly changed, nothing stayed hot, and western options were scarce; after two weeks I could only eat eggs (thanks to the omelette bar), toast, dragon fruit, and a yogurt cup. I tried lunch a few times and found only the French fries acceptable; a chicken sandwich I ordered was inedible. I dined at the rooftop restaurant twice: the first time I had salmon, probably the best meal I had there, but the second time the risotto was disappointing. My second major complaint involved guest behavior unrelated to the hotel: I saw a man in dress slacks and a polo shirt strip down to his boxers and jump into the pool; another man was vaping in the middle of the restaurant during lunch, which shocked me; some parents let their kids roam the breakfast buffet and I watched a little boy touch a lot of food he didn’t take. There were plenty of entitled, rude guests.

The pool and skybar are great, but the AC fan is noisy at bedtime and the place isn’t very friendly to street walkers.

The pool area is a good size with comfortable big sun loungers, but the bathroom isn’t separate, and the air conditioning is very noisy even on low.
