After a 4‑hour drive, we discovered the resort was closed and under renovation, clearly not open for a long time, even though we had a booking confirmation; once it reopens it might be great, but now it’s definitely not operating.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, my villa was beautiful and clean, and the staff were polite and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the limited menu options and the inconsistent food quality, particularly with the eggs, which were often undercooked. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some areas for improvement.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, to say the least. The hotel's advertising seemed misleading, as the actual room I was given was not what I had booked. The place was infested with insects, and I even found a frog in my room, which was quite unsettling. The staff were unfriendly and unresponsive, and I had to wait 17 minutes for someone to attend to me at check-in. To add to the frustration, I've been trying to contact them since mid-April, but they've ignored my attempts.

I found this hotel to be a serene oasis and a lovely stopover amidst Ubud's picturesque rice fields. It's a bit off the beaten path, located to the north of the city, which might be a drawback for those who want to be in the thick of things. However, for me, the tranquility was well worth the slight distance from the city center - it was a fair trade-off for the peace and quiet.

My stay at this villa was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible, all-you-can-eat breakfast that was included in our package. The private villa with its own pool was breathtakingly beautiful, with an enormous bathroom that was both stylish and spacious. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially considering we were traveling with two young children, aged 2 and 7.
