The room was huge and comfortable, and there’s a lovely coffee, tea, and pastry setup so you can prepare breakfast or a snack in the room; the courtyard is cute and the hosts’ cats are a bonus. A bus stop is nearby and the city centre is a walk away, making the stay comfortable and worth returning to. The only downside is the lack of nearby restaurants, but you’re still close to the city centre.

The place is friendly, cozy, and well‑located—just a 10‑minute walk to Piazza Maggiore! Warm water took a long time to start, and the breakfast is simple but authentically Italian.

The décor is stunning and the owner is a kind, helpful person; the main sights are within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

The apartment was super comfortable, the bed linen was top quality, and breakfast was delicious. It sits in a perfect spot in Bologna, close to many excellent restaurants.
