The location was extremely good, with a pedestrian street right next to it and just outside the tourist sites. There were many bars and restaurants on the pedestrian street with local, non‑tourist prices. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the metro and a 1‑minute walk to the 81 that runs all over Rome. Breakfast is included, which is ideal for starting the day.

Everything was flawless, the host went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, but the place was hard to locate.

Abitazione Pigneto B&B delivers an exceptionally clean and peaceful stay, with a lovely outdoor patio and hosts who are remarkably friendly and helpful; the location feels authentically local, away from tourist traps, yet it stays close to public transit and a short walk to many restaurants and shops, and the included breakfast—coffee, meats, cheeses, and toast—was very good, though there is no AC and a mild odor can appear on warm days when the windows are closed.

Nearby bus or metro stops and a convenience store, the room with a small terrace was super pleasant, and the hosts were adorable, attentive, and offered great advice.
