The place and the gardens were great, but the pool was very dirty and even had algae.

The gardens and architecture were nice, but the rooms needed more cleaning, the bathroom was the same, and there was a lack of maintenance; the air conditioner didn’t work and neither did the screen.

The gardens, the view, the staff, and the proximity to downtown were all excellent, yet there were flamingos and other birds in cages in terrible condition; I think you shouldn’t keep animals you can’t properly care for.
