The neighborhood was nice and the apartment was friendly. However, the late check‑in was charged 60 €, an unacceptable fee, and overall communication was difficult; note that the 60 € charge applied to late check‑in, not check‑out.

The air conditioner didn’t work, and on New Year’s Eve we had to sleep with only a very thin blanket—no extra blankets were available. The sheets were dirty and torn, both bathrooms were filthy, and there was no soundproofing between rooms, so everything could be heard. It took more than a month and a half to get our deposit back, and we only received it after insisting; otherwise, they wouldn’t have returned it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Nothing positive; it was a real scam. The room was not the one shown, but in a shady part of Valencia.
