The spot was great, right near the city center. The room was clean, functional, and met expectations. The host was very responsive and communication was excellent.

The service was amazing; the room I had booked wasn’t available due to some circumstances, so they upgraded me at no extra cost and helped with parking for my car—much better than expected. I’ll always book here when I go to Querétaro, plus the location is unbeatable, just one street from Convento de la Cruz, walkable to any spot in the center, including the market with the city’s best tacos, etc. Everything I liked, nothing I didn’t.

Very central, excellent service, just a few minutes from the center, and the area is very quiet. The people who attended us were very kind, and I would definitely stay here again.
