The location is great, just a few minutes from Anguillara’s center. Breakfast is excellent with quality products. The host’s kindness and warmth make you feel like family, which is rare; thanks to the house and beautiful garden. We had two amazing days, and a simple thank you feels insufficient. We’ll definitely return.

The welcome from Mrs. Lucia feels like home and family; I recommend it to everyone.

We wanted a few days away from city stress, and we found a beautiful, quiet, welcoming spot just as we were looking for. The room and bathroom were clean and elegant, with air conditioning and TV, a wonderful garden, and above all Lucia was incredibly sweet and hospitable. We’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful and peaceful location, a short walk from the train station (excellent connections to Rome). The host lady treated us like family, breakfast was perfect, everything was tidy and orderly. We highly recommend it. The garden is beautifully maintained.
