The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, but the inconsistent food service was a letdown. I had high hopes for the restaurant, but the quality of the dishes varied greatly from one meal to the next.

The breakfast view at this hotel is absolutely stunning, overlooking the ocean and making for a lovely start to the day. Everything else about my stay was excellent, from the comfortable room to the friendly staff.

The staff here are genuinely warm and welcoming, making it easy to ask for anything and getting it done without fuss. The beach club is a peaceful oasis, and the food is delicious, especially the pizza. However, the rooms are a different story – for the price, they're daylight robbery. Dirty windows, debris falling from the roof, and a massive cockroach in my bathroom made for a pretty unpleasant stay.

I'd already given this place a glowing review in January 2024, and it still holds true for 2025. It's truly a gem in Tulum, but unfortunately, it's starting to show its age. A huge thank you to the friendly staff for their help with packing up my decorative item. Unfortunately, the seaweed situation in May meant we couldn't swim in the ocean.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the lack of a fridge and water for us to drink was a bit of a letdown. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
