The room had a balcony facing the street. Perhaps the shower space was small.

The location was very good. Excellent service, very friendly. Check‑in at 14:00. The room had no acoustic isolation; we were next to the entrance and could hear everyone coming and going. The mattress had a sinkhole in the middle.

The hotel is close to Gran Vía, but the stairs are a bit of a hassle.

The location is great and the price is reasonable for September and getting around, though we already knew this; the building has four floors accessed by stairs, the room is very small, and there's no hot water or anything to heat water for a mate.
