The setting, the pool, and the attentive staff were great, but the noise from the early‑morning wake‑up call was unbearable, and there were two of them.

El sitio es muy bonito y los chavales que lo llevan son muy amables. Comimos un dia alli y todo estaba muy bueno. Cerca de la zona de glamping hay una pequeña granja, con gallinas, gallos ,ocas con el consiguiente ruido mañanero que estos simpáticos animales conlleva. Valora si esto te supone un problema, para nosotros no lo fue. La piscina es una pasada ,con hamacas , camas balinesas. Tenía una habitación reservada desde hace 2 meses y llegamos y no teniamos habitación. El dueño que es un chico muy majo, nos dijo que había habido un problema con Booking y se había duplicado la reserva. Le avisé por la mañana que llegábamos pero le dio la habitación al que primero llegó. Al llegar nos ofreció una alternativa a la habitación que era una tienda glamping. A regañadientes y algo cabreados en principio aceptamos el cambio. Tampoco nos quedaba otra ese finde era el oasis festival y ya sabíamos que Elche estaba al 100% de ocupación. Pero bueno, la tienda de glamping la verdad es que estaba muy bien y por supuesto nos hizo devolución de la diferencia

The pool area and surroundings were fine. We requested a private cleaning and were given a room on another floor that was full of insect droppings, other guests’ hair, a dirty floor, and no soap. The outdoor shower had no hot water, a dirty curtain, and constantly leaked, so everyone could see us showering. The towels smelled awful and were rough. In the shared bathrooms the shower door wouldn’t close, the shower clogged and flooded the room, and they didn’t provide paper towels when they ran out. Cleaning was basically nonexistent, with dead and live bugs everywhere. In our room there were millions of ants and mud, the floor was filthy, there was hair from other guests, and no sheets. The door didn’t close or open properly and had spider webs. It smelled like a septic tank and was suffocating. We had to open a window to breathe. We had to ask to clean the room ourselves; they gave us the cleaning kit but didn’t offer to do it. For the ant infestation they gave us a product but didn’t clean the mess off the furniture, leaving us with a ruined mattress.
