The rooms are clean and the pillows all smell nice; they smell like fresh, and I just love it!

I stayed close to downtown, but the gym was cramped. The linens and towels weren’t white, and extra towels cost extra. I was also charged for stains on the towels.

But the cleanliness and staff is rude, she doesn't care if we give low rate, here name ANGEL GUZMAN. ⭐ Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Condition and Cleanliness Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. When we first entered our room, there was a very bad smell, and the room felt more like a basement storage area than a proper hotel room. We opened the curtains expecting to see a window, but there was actually no real window—just a decorative/prank window, which was very misleading and made the room feel dark and uncomfortable. We immediately approached the receptionist and requested to be transferred to another room with a real window. Thankfully, we were eventually transferred to a room on the 5th floor. However, the problem did not end there. The new room also had an unpleasant smell, which reminded us of old sweat or a room that had not been properly aired out. On our second night, we discovered that one of the pillowcases was stained and had a very bad smell. This was especially disappointing because cleanliness and hygiene should be a basic standard for any hotel. Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. The unpleasant smells, misleading window situation, and stained, smelly pillowcase made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, ventilation, housekeeping, and room descriptions, because guests deserve a clean, fresh, and comfortable room. Before we got to be transferred the staff was rude, she doesn't care if we give a low rate of this hotel, her name is ANGEL GUZMAN!

The location was good and the place was clean enough and inexpensive. It just felt a bit soulless, and I avoided an atrium view room because kids screamed and voices echoed early each day, waking me up.
