We were welcomed by the host, who used the iPhone translation app to answer all our questions and explain how the accommodation worked. He was responsive to every request. The single rooms sit on a hill with a direct view of Manciano and are lovely. The garden offers many spots to sit and enjoy nature, and there is a whirlpool and various seating areas for relaxation. For the drive to the property, make sure the vehicle has enough ground clearance; a low‑profile sports car might have trouble. Breakfast is served in the garden on a double bench; we’re asked which hot drink we want and any other preferences. A photo is attached. If the weather is bad, breakfast is moved to the first‑floor common room in the guest area, and it’s not intended to cook or eat there independently. A shared fridge is available. The room itself is very nicely decorated, a bit playful but plush and cozy. Unfortunately, we were there in a very warm period and couldn’t use an air‑conditioner. Instead, the accommodation provided a fan that blew air into the room from the window. The shower was a bit tight for my height. The lack of air‑conditioning was a real issue in the heat, but otherwise we were satisfied with the location and the place.

The location and cleanliness were good. The missing air‑conditioning in a scorching summer (though a fan was present) and especially the disappointing breakfast, consisting only of modestly quality packaged items and a fruit, were let‑downs.

We really liked everything. The farmhouse is beautiful, set in a panoramic spot with a gorgeous view of Manciano. The garden is impeccably maintained and gives a pleasant sense of peace and relaxation. The room was comfortable, quiet, and let us rest very well. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. A special thanks to the owners: kind, welcoming, helpful, and authentic people who made us feel guests rather than just customers. Their friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s a place where passion and attention to every detail are evident. Nothing to note – it was a truly pleasant stay in every respect. I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who wants a few relaxing days in a beautiful, quiet, well‑managed place with great hospitality.

No air‑conditioning, even though it was advertised; in 40 °C it becomes critical.
