The location was great. We booked the suite, which was spacious, but the other rooms felt very similar. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The facilities felt a bit outdated; the gym was old and the breakfast was minimal and not very Western.

The staff were exceptional. The breakfast cereal selection could be better.

The sound insulation isn’t very good; I could hear people talking in the next room 😂😂😂
