I enjoyed a pleasant stay and the balcony offered a nice view, but the facilities for young kids were lacking.

The room faced the pool and was enjoyable even though it wasn’t directly visible; we had booked it for its bathtub, yet insects in the bathroom scared the kids and we couldn’t use it. Early check‑in was understandable, but the room should have been ready with all facilities well before late arrivals.
