The room was clean, the toilet spacious, the AC worked well, and it was quiet, but the toilet was so spacious that the efficiency per area felt low.
The bedding was comfortable, but the hot water temperature in the shower was a bit unstable.

What really stood out was the hotel team: they were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and they handled our room feedback professionally. Even when a problem couldn’t be fixed right away, they followed up, offered solutions, upgraded us, and extended our stay, which left a strong impression of their dedication to guest experience. The main room we stayed in had some dust and an unpleasant smell one night, but the staff responded constructively after we mentioned it. The upgraded suite was especially comfortable and well laid out for two adults and two children, with a practical and thoughtfully designed layout. Overall, the facilities and interior design made the hotel feel welcoming and modern, and once we moved to the suite, the space was exactly what we needed as a family.
