The range of services, including guest laundry, and the location were impressive, and the staff were super courteous, yet the bathroom lacked counter space around the sink.

Everything worked well, but we booked for three people and the table only had two seats, and there were only two cups or glasses in the room. If three people are staying, there should be enough chairs and supplies for all of us.

The bed was comfy, the room spacious, the toiletries were good, and I could brew tea, infusions, or chocolate in the room. The shared kitchen on floors 2 and 3 was very convenient and the lounges were large and pleasant. The only downside was that the window couldn’t be opened to ventilate or air out the room.
