The room was disgusting and dirty, stank, had a burn hole in the sheet, the dresser door was literally hanging off, the TV and other electronics weren't even plugged in—everything was terrible.

The room was comfy, yet there was no coffee machine, no fridge, no hairdryer, and the toilet wasn't fully clean.

I appreciated how cheap it was and that they at least had basic necessities like a fridge, but the night staff were very standoffish and we had to be moved rooms because of multiple bathroom issues; thankfully the room change was easy.
