Tru By Hilton Madison West

“All around excellent stay”

Everything. Check‑in was easy. Staff were friendly. The room was really clean. The products were lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was free. The location was quiet and lovely. Staff were also helpful.

Very clean and nice. The electric car charger outside the hotel wasn’t working. Even if it had, there were only two stalls.

“You get what you pay for.”

Tru Hilton Madison West had a convenient location and a lower price. The pillows were nice. It was reasonably clean. We were only looking to get some rest, not enjoy a luxurious vacation. The screen in the room did not block the lights from the parking lot all night or the morning sun, which made sleeping difficult and then impossible. The bed was not comfortable.

“A nice night in a spartan-styled modern hotel.”

Very clean. No carpet. Nice TV. Good location. The modern decor is cold and spartan. Very little furniture

“Very pleased with the hotel”

Clean and friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, good free breakfast. Chlorine-like smell in the hallway
