The 43rd road makes it easy to drive, but the flat parking can only hold about ten cars, and the mechanical lot is only wide enough for a 5‑number vehicle. When I tried to park my 3‑number car there, the tire got caught and the aluminum wheels were scratched badly—so badly that I wanted compensation. The bedroom’s bathroom is a unit bath, making a proper soak nearly impossible. I’ve never seen this pattern in a love hotel. If it’s a 6,000‑yen room, it’s understandable, but over 12,000 yen and this bath is unacceptable.

ない. 子どもがいるでお部屋を予約して料金もネットで払ってるのに子どもの追加料金を払わされました 4000円も 説明もされましたが 大人2名＋子ども1名で他にもいろんなところを泊まってますがこんなこと初めてです そしたら予約がわかった時点でこの部屋は子どもは入れないですと電話するなり前もって教えて欲しいです。 まずサイトに子ども無料とするなとおもいます 前もってわかっていればこちらもちゃんとキャンセルして 嫌な雰囲気でまず泊まらなかったです。 こちらからはメールでも子どもの料金含まれるとなってて子どもは大丈夫ですか？と確認していました。 しかし、メールも返ってこなかったですが いままであちこち予約でこんなことなかったので 大丈夫だとおもってました。 お金返金してほしいくらい腹立ってます どうせこの投稿見て、文で謝られて終わりなんだろうけど 腹立つ理由は結婚記念日で広島から神戸へきてこのホテルを選んだから余計です

Parking had an EV charging station (standard charging) and I could fully charge overnight, which was great because an EV needs that. The bath had a jacuzzi and a TV, so I could relax, but a few hairs were on the floor of the room, so I wondered if the cleaning had been done properly.
