The closet door was falling off and the bathroom wasn’t clean.

Getting there was a bit confusing with GPS, but once we arrived the location was very convenient. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. However, the bathtub corners were moldy, there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom and no other toiletries. Every time we tried to leave our room we had to fiddle with the lock, taking about three attempts to open the door, which feels like a safety hazard in an evacuation. I mentioned this to the front desk attendant when we checked out.

The hotel was a little off the interstate. The room needed remodeling: the shower head leaked, spraying water onto the bathroom floor, and the heating and cooling unit made a loud noise.

Andrea Georg at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and accommodating, and there was nothing negative.
