Arrived and there was no one at the front desk to let me in. Nobody answered the phone or WhatsApp, and no one was even around to coordinate the check‑in. I couldn't get into the hotel at all – customer service was a nightmare.

We missed breakfast because we had to drop off the rental car and get ready for a long flight. Finding the hotel was a bit of a headache – a maze of one‑way streets that sent Google and Waze on a wild goose chase, but we finally made it.

The place was quiet, the AC worked fine, and the staff were fantastic. It’s less than a 15‑minute walk to the city center. The only hiccup was the water: it didn’t flow when we arrived, got fixed later, but the pressure still dips sometimes.

I’d give this place a five‑star rating any day. The staff were charming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was impressive and got us ready for the day. Everything was just great – nothing to complain about.
