The food is varied and plentiful, the hotel staff are very nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and offers excellent value for money, and I would recommend it to everyone; there is a hamam in the hotel, it’s paid but the service is great.

The proximity to Sahile makes city travel convenient, but the drinks are very bad, the food is insufficient, and the beach services are paid; this should be explained.

The food, location, and reception staff are positive, but the cleaning is non-existent and the linens should be updated.

Every day the housekeeping team cleaned, and when needed they changed my linens; upon request I was moved to a higher floor to reduce noise. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The food and drink selection was varied.
