Little assistance and courtesy. The room is spacious with a terrace but the sheets were not in order and the lock was broken in the room, great price paid, new bathroom, fridge working, TV broken, decent location, suitable for those with low expectations. The broken lock was not communicated beforehand, and the cleaning leaves much to be desired.

The view, main bed had clean bedsheets and room was moderately clean. Spare bed so bad it was impossible to sleep on, no blanket to covervwith,nothing was provided except for a towel. No shower tray to rest showering products on, mirror light was a wall lampshade hanging infront of the mirror, empty regridgerator in case of an emergency

I liked the location and the comfortable, spacious room with a nice view. The bathroom felt a bit dated, with some drainage and shower issues, but acceptable for the price. I had expected worse after reading reviews, but I’d definitely come back.

Close to city center and a large bed. Most points have already been told by other reviewers. This place is weird and hasn’t been maintained for years. We had to find our own towels in a storage room… the bathroom smells. But hey, you can’t really expect the Ritz Carlton for 60 euros a night on a top location in Taormina! So overall I’m ok with our experience since we paid a little.
The room was clean and bright, but the Wi‑Fi never worked. I told the staff that if the internet stayed down I’d have to leave the next day because I need it for remote work. They promised to waive the second‑day charge, yet when I checked out they refused to reimburse me even after I reached out. Very disappointed.
