Suddenly learned that no breakfast was provided, which differed from the booking details. A deposit of Rm100 per apartment was required but was not refunded after checkout. No response yet. We called and WhatsApped but they remain silent. It’s very disappointing to feel scammed.

Nothing. The room was very dirty, moldy, smelly, full of cockroaches, and no deposit was returned. Two days became one day’s stay.

Office 16 °C has been out of operation for a long time. Scam arrived for check‑in but the office was already closed.

The spot was great, but check‑in was a hassle: the front desk was empty and we could only register at 4 pm. Parking cost RM1.50 per hour, capped at RM15.00 a day. The bathroom door was covered in mold and overall filthy. The policy says a RM100 deposit is due before arrival and is refunded within 2–3 days after checkout, yet I still haven’t received my money even after a week.
