The staff here were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to my stay. The food was also really tasty, especially the Kashmiri dishes. However, I did have a bit of a problem with the electrical outlets in my room - a few of them weren't working, which made it tricky to charge all my gear at once.
