The reception was very friendly, we got useful tips for nearby restaurants, the breakfast was nice in a beautiful breakfast room, and we felt very comfortable.

The staff were welcoming and flexible when I was allowed to sit on the terrace even though it was closed, and the terrace itself was nice; I would have liked vegetables or fruit added to breakfast.

The location was perfect for the trip and the hotel was near local shops, but there was no air conditioning, the rooms were exceptionally small, cleaners woke us up early in the morning to change towels, and the front reception area looked a bit rough, so improvements could be made.
