There was nothing good here; the cleanliness was terrible, the bed was old, the sauna was awful, and the noise from the neighboring room was unbearable.

They tried to improve things by moving us to a better room, but arriving exhausted from a long trip, we were already frustrated because the hotel did not match the listing, the hallway walls had mold, a strong odor hit us at the door, and inside the room the smell was so intense we couldn’t stay; we had to request a change, and even the staff could smell it, which caused a lot of stress and disappointment. The new room was a small consolation, but the hotel’s structure still does not match the photos in the ad and we are completely let down.
