La terrazza

The spot is in a residential neighbourhood with a lovely terrace to enjoy. The host is very welcoming, speaks multiple languages, is very available, and absolutely kind. On the downside, the furnishings are fairly minimal and could use extras like a dish towel or shower soap, but that’s a very minor point and the place remains super comfortable for a stay in Rome.

“Zdecydowanie polecam!!”

The owner was incredibly friendly. Our flight was delayed by almost 11 hours, so we arrived at the apartment at 23:00, just after the key hand‑over time, yet the owner was still waiting for us and was extremely polite and helpful. The apartment is tiny, but it had everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the large terrace added extra space. From the terrace you can see a nice view. Inside, there’s a smart TV, kettle, teas, coffee, sugar, a pleasant gift in the form of a beer, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The air conditioning works flawlessly, and the mattress is very comfortable. The Libia metro station is a 7‑minute walk, and about 5 stations to Termini, where you can catch a train to the airport or another metro line to the city’s main sights, so everything runs smoothly (by the way, unrelated to the apartment, in the city you don’t need to buy tickets at machines; just tap your card or phone at the metro gates or bus kiosks, which makes it a lot easier!). Ten minutes from the apartment is a PIM supermarket, and next door there’s a small grocery store run by very courteous Italians.
