Lage ist super, aber der Service an der Rezeption lässt zu wünschen übrig: nicht freundlich, kein Interesse am Kunden gezeigt, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen, Massenabfertigung bei Check‑in und Check‑out.

Good breakfast, but the overall value was utterly underwhelming for the price. The room overlooked an enclosed garden, and I had to book a time slot to use the spa. Reception staff were very average.

An amazing property that’s a little tired but clean, well set out, and with great food options. It’s in a good location with an exceptional spa. It was a good stay, yet we’d pick another place for the money next time because it’s quite expensive compared to other beautiful options on the Lake. No recognition for my wife’s birthday, which I had emailed about beforehand, was disappointing, but overall it was a good stay.

The hotel staff were welcoming and helped us arrange a private boat trip on Lake Como right by the hotel and its garden, but the cleaning crew caused a lot of disturbance by talking loudly in the corridors.
