“It was ok to stay”
I had a decent experience overall, nothing too remarkable but it was fine.

The spot was close to where I needed to be, but that was the only good thing. The room’s AC unit screamed all day, and for the first two nights I had no shower or working sink. I stayed five nights and the housekeeper only cleaned once. The exterior door had a 1‑inch gap at the bottom.

The service was excellent, the staff wonderful, and although the initial impression of the facilities was off due to ongoing renovations, the room I stayed in was excellent.

The rooms were clean. The surrounding areas and corridors were dirty.

Close to the aquarium and Coca Cola. ⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing and Misleading. The hotel was nothing like what was presented online. It is undergoing major renovation, with dust everywhere and constant construction noise, which was not clearly disclosed when we booked. Even worse, we were repeatedly assigned rooms with broken bathroom doors. I had to go back and forth to reception THREE times before getting a room with a properly working bathroom door. The staff didn’t seem to check the rooms before assigning them—I had to discover the problems myself each time and return to reception. Very frustrating experience. Guests should be clearly informed about major renovations before booking.
