“For a 2-star hotel, it is good, but could be better by taking care a little bit more of quality”

For a 2‑star hotel I expected less, yet I was surprised by how good it was after booking. The staff cooperated to bring breakfast earlier as sahor during the first two days of Ramadan. There is a restaurant with a nice menu. The room was fine except there was no closet for our stuff. We wanted a queen bed, but the room had two single beds joined with a sheet, which was uncomfortable for us as a couple because the single beds kept moving under us. The AC leaked water on the floor for a few minutes at night before stopping. I also think two more face towels should be added to the existing shower towels.

“Glad to be back here but”

I've been a loyal guest to this hotel whenever my husband and I need a break from home but still have to work in the Bekasi area. This hotel stands out as a convenient, affordable, and well-located option, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and firm bed, along with the extremely soft and comfortable pillows.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The breakfast was truly impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to my tastes. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the towels, which still had a strong unpleasant odor despite my previous complaint to the staff. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there were no slippers available in my room, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.
